This role will provide hands‐on exposure to benefits administration, total rewards analytics, and cost optimization initiatives, while partnering closely with regional and general Rewards colleagues.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or finance, and who is eager to learn how organizations design and manage competitive and cost‐effective rewards programs.This role may be eligible for conversion to a full‐time position depending on performance, business needs, and position availability.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



Finance, or a related fieldStrong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with dataProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plusInterest in compensation, benefits, and total rewardsStrong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyEffective written and verbal communication skillsFluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English preferredAbility to work as part of a collaborative Rewards team, learning from teammates while contributing ideas, analyses, and support across initiatives#J-*****-Ljbffr
