General Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager that can combine solid financial knowledge with experience in the advertising, marketing and digital media industry. The idóneo candidate is able to manage the Altavista Group’s financial needs and everyday challenges, guaranteeing stability and sustainable financial growth.

Tasks/Activities

Your day to day

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and Founder of the agency as you manage to:

- Deliver accurate financial projections
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies
- Set revenue and expense targets
- Analyze, evaluate and optimize financial performance
- Prepare and monitor the company’s budget
- Ensure compliance with the established financial objectives
- Optimize resources
- Oversee cashflow management, liquidity reporting, accounts receivable and payable management
- Coordinate related activities with banks and financial services providers
- Provide timely financial reports, providing strategic information for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and tax obligations

Skills/Knowledge

Your Skills

- Experience as a Finance Manager (Advertising industry or agency experience is definitely a plus)




- In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial principles, as well as best practices in financial management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate financial information clearly and effectively
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Advanced knowledge of financial tools and software, such as spreadsheets and financial management systems
