Our backend engineers design resilient, high-throughput services using modern cloud-native stacks — solving complex distributed systems challenges while maintaining developer velocity and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, build, and scale backend services in Python, Node.js, or Go that handle high concurrency and low-latency requirements.
- Architect and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend, mobile, and third‑party systems.
- Implement data modeling, ORM patterns, and query optimization for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis to support performance‑critical workloads.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) to ensure reliable deployments across cloud environments.




- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Refactor legacy codebases, improve system observability, and enforce code quality via automated testing and peer review.
