En Niagara, estamos buscando miembros del equipo que quieran ser parte del logro de nuestra misión de proporcionar a nuestros clientes el agua embotellada más asequible y de la más alta calidad.Ofrecemos paquetes de compensación y incentivos competitivos para los miembros de nuestro equipo.Human Resources Manager - ManufacturingThe HR Manager plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate administrators.ResponsibilitiesAll responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below outlineEnsures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.Conducts new employee orientations to foster positive attitude toward company goals.Participates in safety committee, conducts facility walk‐throughs identifying safety issues.Works with management and senior HR in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.Ensures plant is FLSA compliant.Assists management in union avoidance activities.Conducts training when requested.Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.Leads monthly "Listening Sessions" with employees.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Psychology or any related field (preferred).
Advanced English Level (Must)Experience of 3 to 5 years of working with a similar HR role in a Manufacturing environment.Previous experience handling relations with Union labors.Knowledge in Oracle, Kronos or any similar Talent Management System.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong grasp of Microsoft Excel.In‐depth knowledge of local government policy, regulations, and Mexican labor laws.Availability to work in Soyaniquilpan de Juárez, Estado de México.CompetenciesStrong verbal, writing, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with immediate team and peers.Strong analytical, problem‐solving skills and critical thinking skills.Ability to translate complex business needs into use case models.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.Excellent documentation, organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi‐task and prioritize.Strong sense of urgency.Excellent interpersonal, communication and analysis skills, planning and organizational proficiency and good business judgment.Ability to deliver effective and professional presentation to peers, management and other professionals within our field.We OfferDirect hire with Niagara Bottling.Superior benefits.The opportunity of career advancement in an international company.Niagara Plant NameMEXICO CITY#J-*****-Ljbffr
