Also is in charge for improving the availability and performance of the machines.Role & ResponsibilitiesMaintain a Safe environment of all Maintenance OperationsDevelop maintenance strategies and plans to ensure the proper maintenance of assets during its lifetime and maintain uptime of equipment to world class levels.Develop and present annual sustainability plan for the equipment replacement (life cycle strategy)Participate upstream with plant Engineering team for new infrastructure and equipment modifications required to support the business continuity and capacity increase of production's operations all in accordance with codes and regulations.Ensures that all equipment/processes technical documentation,



drawings and legal drawings are up to date and according to standardsAccountable for developing, monitoring and updating KPI's & Director's dashboard.Use of LEAN principles and tools, e.G. TPM, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, Criticality analysis, Risk analysis, etc.Optimize the cost in maintenance to ensure the best result with the less cost in the maintenance processesFollow BRP values and behaviors.Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.Enforce Quality BRP policy.Follow up office vibe results through action plan.Technical SkillsHave already worked with a CMMS (i.E.
