including onboarding preparation and culture-related logistics.RequirementsEducation: University students or recent graduates in Graphic Design, Communications, Multimedia, Human Resources, or related fields.Design Skills: Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere) are a strong plus.Languages: Spanish speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken).
Portfolio: A basic portfolio demonstrating poster design, visual layouts, or creative projects is highly preferred.Attributes: Creative, energetic, outgoing, and organized.
