We are seeking a Mid-Level Web Developer to join our Web Team. This is a fully remote position reporting to the Website Development Manager.

This is a mid-level role. We are not looking for someone who is just starting out in web development, and this is not a senior or team-lead position. The right candidate has 2–4 years of professional experience building real client-facing websites, can take a project from brief to launch with limited oversight, and is ready to grow toward greater complexity and responsibility over time.Platform Requirement
Required — both platforms: Webflow and WordPress experience are both required for this role. Our data shows that developers who know both platforms adapt to our workflow in approximately 90 days.



Those who only know one take significantly longer regardless of their depth in that single tool. WordPress developers who are actively learning Webflow are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
Build and Maintain Client Websites
- Build, launch, and maintain client websites in Webflow and WordPress, including CMS configuration, responsive layouts, and custom interactions
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client-specific requirements
- Perform ongoing content updates, plugin management, troubleshooting, and site maintenance across multiple client accounts

Collaborate and Deliver
- Work closely with designers to translate visual concepts into pixel-accurate, accessible web experiences
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements, scope work, and provide timeline estimates
- Communicate project status proactively — flag blockers early, deliver on co
