Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
- Workday Integrations Certification (Preferred)
- Fluent in English (Required)
- 1+ years of direct people management experience (Required)
- 2+ years experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes,



of increasing complexity levels (Required)
- 2+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Integration solutions according to customer requirements (Required)
- B1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred)
- Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio (Preferred)
- Passion to train and develop direct reports, with various levels of experience
- General knowledge in all Workday functional areas
- Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration ​
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse
