Your RoleAs the Site Procurement Manager, you will lead sourcing and procurement for equipment, materials and services at our manufacturing site.
You will secure supply, optimize total cost, and build reliable supplier partnerships in close collaboration with operations and cross functional teams.Key responsibilities in your new roleLead end to end procurement for equipment, materials and services, including sourcing, pricing, contracting, purchase order management and delivery coordinationRun competitive sourcing events such as requests for quotation and proposal and tenders, define evaluation criteria, align with stakeholders and finalize supplier selectionNegotiate commercial contracts aligned to site needs to secure favorable terms, and maintain contract data, renewals and terminations under controlEnsure uninterrupted supply by managing supplier performance, resolving issues and mitigating risksPartner with operations, engineering and finance to deliver value for money and total cost improvementsConduct supplier qualification, evaluation and performance reviews against technical and commercial requirementsDrive continuous improvement in procurement processes, digital tools and complianceYour ProfileYou are a collaborative, analytical professional who builds strong supplier and stakeholder relationships and acts with a continuous improvement mindset.
