About the job
This position is responsible for providing refrigeration design support for the engineering team.
This position provides designs and documentation to Engineering and Manufacturing to produce refrigeration products. In addition,
supports manufacturing with refrigeration technologies and troubleshooting.
Responsible for R&D;, NPD and CQSA projects for refrigeration. This engineer will work on developing new technologies to expand Franke’s global refrigeration product portfolio and work on projects related to sustaining current product portfolio. Also helps service team troubleshoot field test units and production units. Responsible for reducing COPQ.
Your tasks
- Develop new technology solutions to meet customer refrigeration/freezer needs across various application environments.
- Supports the engineering team in the generation of refrigeration test plans, works with lab to execute test plans.
- Creates and manages process documentation such as standards and work instructions.
- Focuses on the design and integration of refrigeration systems.
- Plans, designs, problem-solves and collaborates with various teams. Advises Engineering
