This is a new role to support a integral network of contract manufacturing sites, internal configure to order operation and warehouses across all time zones. You will work closely with the business stakeholders to help ascertain the most impactful ways to improve customer experience through operational performance while focusing on efficiency.

This role requires being ready to challenge status quo, roll up your sleeves and work together with cross-functional teams to develop, test and operationalize solutions as well as ensure its adoption by effective change management within the organization.



This role provides a unique path to grow as a leader in supply chain, while developing both business acumen and digital edge.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Supply chain / Operations roles preferably operational and functional track records.
- 5+ years in Leadership driving Cross Cultural teams.
- Language skills: Excellent English (verbal / written).

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Ability to drive Projects End to End, with track record of achieving results and abilities to drive effective change management.
- Proficiency in Warehousing / Transport Order Processing Material Management Demand / Supply Planning & amp.
- SnOP a Plus.
- Customer Experience is a must.
- Manufacturing Planning is a Plus.
- Knowledge of SAP, IBP or equivalent planning tools a plus (S/4 Hanna / ERP Migrations).
