Role Overview:
The Payroll Consultant supports end-to-end payroll processing and related timekeeping and accounting activities, ensuring accurate pay calculations, compliance with applicable regulations, and timely issue resolution. The role partners with internal stakeholders and vendors to validate payroll inputs, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support payroll integrations and reporting, with a strong focus on Mexican and/or U.S. payroll environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support payroll processes including calculations, payroll incidents/adjustments, payroll history maintenance, and exception resolution.
- Validate payroll inputs from timekeeping systems (incidents, approvals, and integrations) and reconcile results to ensure accuracy.
