You will service enterprise-level accounts and demonstrate mastery of Paid Search advertising.
You are comfortable working under pressure, handling client questions,



challenges, roadblocks, and account issues.
You will apply cross-channel strategy understanding and show how Paid Search fits into the broader media mix.Enterprise-level account campaign management, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownershipProvide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client-specific sources of truth (e.g., GA, Shopify)Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to expand channel knowledgeContinuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goalsMaintain frequent and excellent communication with internal teams and assigned clientsUtilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow where possibleContribute to the development of new department training materialsEmploy AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processesLeverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your departmentRole RequirementsIdeally 3-4 years of digital marketing experience; 2+ years in an agency settingMinimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, including campaign development and optimization (bid management, keyword research,



ad copy) on large, enterprise-level accountsExperience with 3 or more of these campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing AdsProficiency in Google/Microsoft OfficeProficiency in Google AnalyticsExpert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media's role in the marketing funnelAbility to derive meaningful insights from marketing data and tell a data-informed storyKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)$13.5k team-member EBITDAMaintain below 10% client churn rate4-6 complex/large accounts in the top 100 of the agencyMost Important Things (MITs)Excellence in channel production and account performanceCross-channel collaborationInternal communicationDiversity and inclusion are core to Power Digital's success.
