Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experienceProfessional Services, customer-facing project management, engagement management, implementation, or delivery experienceExperience managing several short, fast-moving customer projects simultaneouslyExperience working directly with customers and SalesAbility to scope, estimate, quote, and help negotiate Professional Services engagementsExperience managing a small team, ideally Technical Account Managers or similar technical/customer-facing professionalsStrong business mindset with enough technical knowledge to understand the work being performed by engineersTechnical background:The candidate does not need to be a technical expert, but should understand:Enterprise software deploymentsSoftware integrations within customer data centersIT infrastructureCryptography, encryption, decryption, and digital certificatesDRM, digital media, content protection,
