If you're looking to build your career with a general logistics leader, Dare to Grow with us.About the RoleCEVA Logistics Mexico is looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our Contract Logistics Solutions Design team.This role is responsible for developing competitive and profitable pricing models for new business opportunities and strategic customer proposals.
Working closely with Solutions Design, Business Development, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations, the Pricing Analyst will analyze operational requirements, build detailed cost models, evaluate pricing strategies, and support commercial proposals that drive profitable business growth.The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with an understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations, enabling them to transform operational concepts into accurate pricing solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop pricing models and commercial proposals for new Contract Logistics opportunities.Build detailed cost models based on labor, equipment, warehousing, transportation, technology,
and operational assumptions.Analyze pricing requests (RFQs/RFPs) and support the development of competitive customer proposals.Partner with the Solutions Design team to validate operational assumptions and convert solution designs into financial models.Evaluate project profitability, margins, investment requirements, and business risks.Perform pricing sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling.Prepare financial summaries and pricing presentations for internal leadership and customer reviews.Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Business Development throughout the proposal process.Benchmark market pricing and identify opportunities to improve competitiveness while protecting profitability.Maintain pricing databases, cost assumptions, and financial templates.Support customer negotiations by providing financial analysis and pricing recommendations.Participate in customer implementations by validating pricing assumptions against operational execution.Ensure compliance with internal pricing governance and approval processes.Identify opportunities to improve pricing methodologies, tools,
and automation.Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a highly analytical professional with strong financial and commercial skills who enjoys solving complex business challenges through data-driven decision-making.The ideal candidate has experience developing pricing models, analyzing costs, and supporting commercial opportunities within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or related industries.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Pricing, Financial Analysis, Cost Analysis, Solutions Design, Business Analytics, or Commercial Finance.Experience within Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution, Manufacturing, or 3PL operations is highly preferred.Advanced English (written and verbal) – required.Experience preparing cost models and pricing proposals for customers.Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics cost drivers.Technical KnowledgePricing strategies and commercial analysis.Cost modeling and financial analysis.Budgeting and forecasting.Warehouse operational cost structures.Labor productivity and staffing models.Capital expenditure (CapEx) and operating expenses (OpEx).
Investment analysis and profitability calculations.RFQ/RFP response processes.Financial modeling and scenario analysis.Contribution margin and gross margin analysis.Microsoft Excel (Advanced – Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, dashboards, and financial models).
PowerPoint for executive presentations.Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.Experience with WMS, ERP systems, or pricing tools is a plus.
