SKF is looking for a Process Engineer – Grinding to support the continued growth of our Automotive business.

- 3–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer supporting grinding operations.
- Proven hands-on experience with grinding processes is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of cylindrical, centerless, internal, external, or surface grinding processes, including process parameters, grinding wheels, tooling, and dimensional control.
- Demonstrated ability to solve manufacturing process issues in a production environment.
- Intermediate conversational English, with the ability to participate in technical discussions and understand engineering documentation.Key Responsibilities- Develop,



optimize, and sustain grinding processes to ensure process capability, stability, and product quality.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to production by troubleshooting process-related issues directly on the shop floor.
- Optimize process parameters and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
