SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONSSupervise daily warehouse activities, including material handling, storage, and distributionMonitor and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocolsMaintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsSupport inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper material rotation (FIFO)Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate documentationPerform system transactions in ERP/WMS (e.G., SAP) and maintain accurate recordsCommunicate effectively with production and supply chain teams to meet operational needsAssist in identifying process improvements and support implementationEnsure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety alwaysManage IMMEX compliance for import/export processes, including proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to Mexican customs regulationsAccurately performs all requirements / duties in the warehouse area, following the quality policiesADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESEnsuring that all Warehouse Operators Accurately performs all requirements / duties in the warehouse area, following the quality policiesAssists in training and coaching as necessary or required.Displays the ability to anticipate and take corrective actions should problems occur,



documenting as appropriateParticipates in all audits that evaluate the quality systemREQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in chemical manufacturingKnowledge of warehouse safety practices and inventory control proceduresBasic proficiency with ERP or WMS systems (SAP experience a plus)Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment (certification required or ability to obtain)Strong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)English intermediate (preferable)Experience with IMMEX program compliance and related customs processesH.B.
