At Supercap North America, part of the Crealis Group, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide an outstanding experience to our customers while acting as a key link between clients and our internal teams.This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery and service excellence in a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional support and follow-up to national and international customersManage customer orders, quotations, and delivery schedules through ERP systemsCoordinate closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfactionMonitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customersHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery or product-related issues, ensuring timely resolutionMaintain accurate customer information, service records,



and databasesPrepare quotations and commercial documentation in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelinesGenerate reports and support KPI monitoring related to customer service performanceSupport quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction while promoting a culture of responsiveness and service excellenceWhat We're Looking ForDegree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Management, or a similar roleExperience working with ERP and CRM systemsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsEnglish proficiency and the ability to communicate with international customersStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCustomer-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approachAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentSalary range: $30 to $35 k Mexican pesos
