Financial Analyst (LATAC)We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial analysis and accounting services across Latin America and the Caribbean for both Commercial and Operations divisions.The role focuses on financial planning, reporting, and analysis to achieve short‐term financial objectives and support the 5‐year long‐range plan.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurate and timely completion of month‐end close, including accruals and reporting in accordance with company accounting policy, IFRS & US GAAP, and SOX regulations.Maintain monthly accruals and forecasts in SAP and OneStream.Provide financial analysis to support business goals for Net Sales, EBIT, and cash flow, including margin analysis, COGS analysis, and marketing & SG&A; ROI.Deliver detailed financial information and analysis to Commercial and Operations teams on finance statements, cost and profit centers, and sales performance by brand and channel.Review and sign off material variances with the appropriate leader and the Senior Finance Manager.Build constructive relationships with the Commercial Team (Sales & Marketing), Operations Team (Manufacturing & Supply Chain), General Business Services (GBS), International Commercial Finance Team, and other internal stakeholders (P&C;, IT, Legal).
Support the Finance Senior Manager in evaluating financial processes to recommend improvements, best practices,



and increase accuracy and efficiency.Maintain reconciliations of key GL accounts to ensure financial statement accuracy.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.Proficient in financial statement literacy (P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow) and intermediate understanding of finance processes.Intermediate skill level in MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) and computer software such as SAP.Advanced Excel and numerical skills.Strong communication, problem solving, work ethic, teamwork and accountability.Customer‐service orientation, resilience and adaptability.Work EnvironmentLocation: Tequila Office (additional locations available).
