Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point-of-sale printing devices, seeks an exceptional Credit & Collection Representative to join our Corporate Credit team.The Credit and Collection Rep will be responsible for maintaining a flow of orders for shipment and timely cash collection and reconciliation of accounts receivable under minimal supervision.
You will collaborate with key customers including Retailers, Distributors, and Resellers of Epson products, and Sales and Operations groupsWhat you will be doing:



Credit and CollectionsAdheres to department policies regarding credit and collections for assigned accountsIndependently approves more complex credit exposures according to the Credit guidelines and authorizes the release of orders to those accounts.Collects and reconciles Accounts Receivables promptly.Prepares adjustments on customer accounts.Prepares month-end problem account reports for Credit management.Relationship Management· Builds strong relationships with businesses within the current portfolio, peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectives.What you will bring:2-5 years experienceStrong Excel skills.Advanced English ProficiencyCredit collection international experience managing different exchange rates in your day-to-day activities (CAD, USD, MXP)ERP experience, SAP preferred (Accounts Receivable Module)f you are interested, please submit your application and attach your resume in English.
