KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As our Country Manager, Mexico, you're accountable for the company's full market presence — from the first brand impression to the post-purchase experience.You'll own the P&L;, set the commercial strategy, and build the infrastructure that makes growth sustainable.This is an operator's role at its core: you close distribution deals on Monday and analyze cohort retention data on Thursday.You'll act as the connective tissue between the company's global leadership and on-the-ground execution, ensuring every channel — retail, DTC, marketplace, and wholesale — is firing in sync.Develop and execute HexClad's Mexico go-to-market strategy across DTC, retail, marketplace (MercadoLibre, Amazon MX), and wholesale channels.Own the Mexico P&L; — manage revenue targets, marketing budget, CAC/LTV efficiency, and profitability milestones in partnership with global finance.Build and maintain key retail and distribution partnerships, including premium department stores, specialty kitchen retailers, and emerging omnichannel partners.Lead local paid media and performance marketing strategy in coordination with the global growth team, ensuring localized creative and channel mix optimization.Recruit, build, and manage a high-performing local team,



establishing the company's operational presence in Mexico.Serve as the primary brand ambassador and commercial voice in the market — representing the company at trade events, press engagements, and partner meetings.Collaborate cross-functionally with global Product, Creative, CX, and Logistics teams to localize the brand experience and ensure operational readiness.Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies suited to Mexican consumer behavior, leveraging data to inform campaign planning and funnel optimization.Monitor competitive landscape across premium and mid-market cookware brands; bring structured market intelligence back to global leadership.Forecast and manage supply and inventory needs in partnership with operations and fulfillment teams to prevent stockouts and overstock scenarios.REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of experience in commercial leadership, general management, or senior market development roles — ideally within consumer goods, DTC, or premium lifestyle brands.Demonstrated experience owning or materially contributing to a P&L; with revenue accountability.Deep understanding of the Mexico retail and eCommerce landscape, including key platforms (MercadoLibre, Amazon MX), retailers (Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro, El Palacio), and distribution models.Proven track record of building channel partnerships and closing commercial agreements from initial prospecting through contract execution.Experience managing and growing a local team in a startup or high-growth environment.Familiarity with AI-powered tools and an openness to integrating them into day-to-day work Strong command of performance marketing fundamentals — ROAS, CAC, LTV, channel attribution — with the ability to collaborate fluently with paid media and analytics teams.Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.Familiarity with cross-border logistics, customs, and import compliance a strong plus.Self-directed, entrepreneurial operating style — you don't wait for direction; you create the playbook.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field; MBA a plus.
