Job DetailsDepartment: Women First LLCShift: DayWorking Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday–Thursday; 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Friday.ResponsibilitiesThe office representative is responsible for greeting and checking patients in, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records and filing, checking patients out, collecting payments, and other related duties as assigned.Other InformationHS Diploma and/or GED equivalent.Previous clinic experience preferred.Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.Minimal typing skills ****** words per minute).
This job will be authorized 80 hours bi‐weekly.
