Job Description SummaryAs a Trainee at GE Aerospace, you will join a world‐class team dedicated to inventing the future of flight.This program is designed to provide high‐potential students with hands‐on experience in a real manufacturing environment.You will support key projects that impact safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) while developing your professional skills under the mentorship of industry leaders.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement: Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen events, 5S, and Standard Work) to optimize production lines.Project Management: Assist in the tracking and execution of engineering or administrative projects, ensuring deadlines are met.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for cost reduction.Technical Documentation: Help update and maintain manufacturing blueprints, work instructions, and quality compliance records.Cross‐functional Collaboration: Work alongside production, quality,



and supply chain teams to solve daily operational challenges.Sustainability & Safety: Participate in EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) audits and initiatives to ensure a safe working culture.Required QualificationsEducation: Currently enrolled in the final year (last 2 semesters) of a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or similar.Language: Advanced English proficiency (bilingual).
Must be able to hold conversations and write reports in English.Status: Must be a proactive student with a valid internship agreement.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
