**- Client Communication & Issue Resolution- Lead customer calls and manage client communications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex and priority issues within SLA.
- Provide on-call support during business and non-business hours.
- Technical Expertise- Work with cross-module interfaces and ALE/IDOC.
- Debug and analyze interface failures end-to-end.
- Operations- Manage order entry, processing, and customer order information.
- Master Data Management- Maintain customer, pricing, CMIR, material master data.
- Configure key Z tables and output setups.
- Logistics- Oversee order dropping to BY (presumably Blue Yonder).
- Manage BY interfaces for transportation completion in SAP.
- Billing & Returns- Process invoices, credits, debits, and returns.
- Manage batch jobs and manual releases by AR.
