**Important Note for Applicants**:- Só Hotels is based in Ireland, and the entire recruitment process will be conducted **online**.
- Due to the **time difference (+7 hours)** between Mexico and Ireland, interviews will be scheduled **early in the morning Mexican time**.
- Please ensure you can accommodate this schedule before applying.
- **Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef**, having worked in a variety of kitchens, including **European cuisine.
**:- **Availability to relocate and live long-term in Ireland**.

- **Advanced English proficiency** - fluent speaking and understanding.
- **Valid passport**.
**Your Role**As our Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, maintaining high culinary standards,



and ensuring the smooth daily running of all kitchen outlets.
**Responsibilities include**:- Assist in menu development and meal planning.
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory, orders, and portion control.
- Ensure compliance with **HACCP, hygiene, and safety regulations**.
- Cover for the Head Chef when required.
- Liaise with other departments to meet guest expectations.
- Take full responsibility for food quality, presentation, and taste.
