**DESCRIPTION**- Project monitoring service for air handling and conditioning systems.
- Support services for HVAC systems, specifically air handling and conditioning systems.
- Supervision of field activities according to the construction schedule.
- Verification of compliance with technical specifications.
- Preparation of physical progress reports and observations.
- Coordination with contractors and technical personnel.
- Support in the management of incidents and deviations.
- Review of technical and administrative documentation.




- Participation in progress meetings and site visits.
- Creation of supervision reports, construction logbooks (digital or physical), photographic evidence of progress and findings and incident reports and recommendations.
**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
- **Proven experience supervising (3+ years) similar projects as project supervision and management.
**:- **Technical knowledge of HVAC.
**:- Knowledge of applicable regulations (NOM, NMX, NFPA, local regulations).
- Ability to prepare technical and photographic reports.
- Experience at an OEM.
- Knowledge in Project Documentation.
- Fluent English- German desirable- 1.5 years contract.
