The Warehouse Lead Coordinator oversees the daily execution of high-volume B2C and B2B fulfillment operations, ensuring all customer orders are processed with precision, speed, and in full compliance with U.S. retailer routing guides.This role is responsible for leading a team of 16+ warehouse operators, driving adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining accuracy under pressure, and continuously improving warehouse performance.
**Qualifications****Required**:- Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven experience in both B2C and B2B fulfillment, including routing guide compliance for U.S. retailers.
- Strong knowledge of U.S./Mexico cross-border documentation (IMMEX, BOL, Manifest, Pedimento).
- Proficiency in WMS, TMS, and standard productivity tools (Excel, Word).
- Ability to analyze and report on warehouse KPIs and operational metrics.
- Functional English proficiency.




- Demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Understanding of CT-PAT guidelines.
- Availability for occasional weekend or off-shift work.
**Preferred**:- Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience.
- Experience in e-commerce and/or 3PL environments.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- **Physical Requirements**:- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
