Role OverviewThe IT Technical Leader leads the design, development, configuration, and continuous improvement of manufacturing reporting solutions connected to MES and related applications.This role helps strengthen operational visibility, traceability, and efficiency by working closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT teams.The position also contributes to digital manufacturing initiatives through reporting, analytics, automation, and cross‐functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate various teams to support project implementation, testing, deployment, and validation across integral sitesTranslate business needs into detailed, functional specifications and scalable technical solutionsIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through reporting, automation, and continuous improvement initiativesDesign, develop, configure, and support MES reports, dashboards, and related reporting workflows for manufacturing operationsRequired Experience / EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Software Development,
