About the RoleSr.Process Engineer at Nouryon.This role focuses on process optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within chemical manufacturing operations.ResponsibilitiesLead process optimization initiatives to improve KPIs such as OEE, yield, throughput, and cost efficiencyIdentify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies using Lean Six Sigma methodologiesProvide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA, RCPS) for complex process issuesDrive continuous improvement projects aligned with business and operational goalsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards within chemical manufacturing operationsSupport plant startups, shutdowns, and scale‐up activities with technical expertiseCollaborate cross‐functionally with operations, maintenance, quality, and leadership teamsDevelop and implement process control strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Lead or participate in capital projects, including process design, modifications, and equipment selectionAnalyze process data and trends to support decision‐making and forecastingLead, coach, and develop a team of 6 Process Engineers, fostering both technical excellence and leadership capabilitiesActively identify and develop high‐potential talent,
