Your responsibilities:Develop supplier production plans and priorities according to requirements to fulfill our production lines, monitoring and maintain inventory levels.Expedite materials to avoid shortages.Materials parameters review.Ensure and provide communication with our team members and customers about material status.Create, release,
pulled in, push out and follow up purchase orders.Analyze and determine causes for missed on time deliveries and implement actions to improve performance.Responsible for the purchasing of assigned materials/commodities from specified suppliers that vary in complexity and observing all relevant procedures.Resolve complex material shortages and comprehensive supplier disputes.Manage assigned material inventories based on defined goals using established inventory control systems and toolsMaintain mínimal inventories of excess and obsolete materials according to planManage vendor lead-time, transit time, vendor scheduleResolve invoicing and receiving discrepanciesComply with purchasing/planning procedures.Negotiate and place purchase orders.Help resolve quality issues with suppliersMay resolve issues in requisition accuracy and completeness, on-time delivery or supplier payment.Manage data in MRP system including price, lead time, lot sizes, strategy group.You will have2 years of related experience purchasingAnalytical and project management skillsTeamworkHave well-rounded knowledge in supply chain, materials and logistics.Proficient in EnglishSAPyou will report to PCA Team LeadWhat we offer- Savings Fund doubled by us- Food coupons- Subsidized cafeteria- Transportation services- Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm- Volunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees- Employee Assistance Program- Personalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program- On-demand digital course library for professional development- Retirement benefits- Life InsuranceLI-SP1LI-Onsite
