_This is a fully on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco_- Advanced english is a must_**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Take the prepared data and generate invoices, ensuring all completed service orders are accurately reflected.
- Submit invoices to clients and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
- Handle billing issues, working directly with customers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and review service details, pricing, and required documentation to ensure invoices are correct before submission.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable department to verify payment methods and ensure efficient collection.
- Maintain organized records, ensuring customer accounts are updated with accurate billing information.
- Other duties as assigned.
**PROFILE**- High School Diploma or equivalent (A 2- or 4-year degree is preferred)- Requires 1-2 years of customer service experience,



with experience in bill review and preparation preferred.
- Some relevant administrative experience is also required.
- A combination of education, training, and related experience may meet requirements.
