Seeking Experienced L3 Production Support Engineers for Exciting Remote Projects in Guadalajara and Mexico CityWe are looking for skilled L3 Production Support Engineers with a minimum of 3 years of relevant L3 Production Support experience to join a dynamic team within a leading integral organization.This role involves providing advanced production support, resolving complex L3 issues, implementing code fixes, performing root cause analysis, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Java-based applications and enterprise platforms.Key Responsibilities:Provide L3 production support and resolve complex production issues through detailed analysis.Troubleshoot incidents, implement code fixes, and perform rigorous testing.Support Java applications and production servers running on cutting‐edge platforms.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with development teams to improve application stability and performance.Develop new functionalities that support evolving business requirements.Automate provisioning and access management processes.Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, and implementation alongside cross‐functional teams.Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery initiatives.Technical Skills Required:With 3+ years of experience as an L3 Production Support Engineer,



you should be proficient in the following technologies:Strong hands‐on experience with Core JavaExperience working on Java technology stack projectsStrong knowledge of SQLExperience with Splunk for debugging and log analysisExperience with GitHands‐on experience with ServiceNow and workflow processesExperience with AWS (preferred)Experience performing L3 Production SupportAbility to successfully complete a CoderPad coding assessmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher.6–9 years of overall software development experience.Fluent in English (Advanced – C1/C2).
