**What you'll be doing**:- Lead strategic sourcing strategy to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery- Maintain and evolve your knowledge of external trends in recruiting to drive excellence in your approach,



and proactively drive towards innovation and continuous improvement- Develop employer branding activation plan for your aligned team, and encourage innovative and engaging techniques that bring our employer brand to life.
