_**Key Responsibilities**:- Be the go-to guru for monthly financial reporting — Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and more.
- Lead a talented team of bookkeepers, supporting their professional development and ensuring high-quality work.
- Meet with clients to decode numbers, spot trends,



and assist in guiding financial decisions.
- Streamline systems and processes to keep the accounting team running at peak performance.
- Provide Ad hoc/Custom reports on request basis.
- Train the clients on internal processes/platform.
**Qualifications**:- A deep understanding of the full accounting cycle.
- A sharp eye for trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities in financial data and processes.
- Experience setting up systems and processes- Strong management skills and a high bar for accuracy.
