**Responsibilities**:- Review and process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and consistency- Reconcile financial records and manage accounts payable/receivable documentation- Communicate with vendors, clients,



and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local financial regulations- Support month-end and year-end close processes and reporting tasks- Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation for all transactions- Utilize financial and ERP systems (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)**Required Qualifications**:- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations- Prior experience in the **medical or healthcare industry** (required)- Strong track record in invoice processing and financial administration- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficient in accounting tools and spreadsheets- Strong written and verbal communication in English (Spanish is a plus)**Preferred**:- Experience working remotely with international financial teams- Familiarity with healthcare billing, HIPAA, or insurance claims- Ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environmentCompensation Range: $12K - $16.8K
