**How You'll Make an Impact**- Act as the primary interface between engineering and production teams.
- Interpret and communicate engineering drawings, BOMs, and design intent.
- Provide hands-on technical support to shop floor personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related technical issues.




- Collaborate with engineering to clarify and optimize design specifications.
- Document technical support activities and ensure feedback loops with engineering.
- Lead training sessions on interpreting engineering documents and best practices.
- Promote design standardization and manufacturability principles.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
**Your Background**- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of transformer design and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and BOMs.
- Skilled in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with CAD and ERP systems.
