We are seeking remote **Customer Service Representative**, who will be responsible for ensuring the movement of freight by our carriers is coordinated according to our customer's needs.
**Working Hours**:Monday - Thursday, 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM,Thursday - Sunday, 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Thursday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM**Responsibilities**:- ** Manages the customer board by**:- Calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries and advise.dispatcher/shipper/consignee of delays.
- Track and trace merchandise to provide the latest updates quickly.
- Entering pro number and obtaining PODs after shipments are dropped off at our terminals.
- Providing PODs to billing.
- Provides key clients with distinct customer service for specialized needs.
- Requests missing PODs from carriers when advised by billing.
- Provides daily reports to key clients.
- Informs dispatchers if appointments are required for delivery.
- Supports dispatchers with data entry when needed.
**Requirements**:- 3 to 4 years of experience.
- ** Languages**:Spanish and English.




- Knowledge of Spanish and English is mandatory as our clients come from Mexico and the United States.Communications will be 60% in Spanish and 40% in English.
