This position is part of the Integral IT Infrastructure Services team, supporting both cloud and on-premises systems across distributed environments.
**Responsibilities**:1.
Linux Engineering & Hybrid Cloud Operations (35%)- Design, configure, and maintain SUSE and RHEL Linux-based hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Implement system upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery strategies for Linux-based workloads.
- Work with Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, Nutanix, and other cloud/hypervisor platforms to integrate Linux workloads.
- Automate administrative tasks using shell scripting, Ansible, or Terraform.2.
Troubleshooting & Incident Management (20%)- Diagnose and resolve complex Linux system issues across hybrid cloud environments.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for off-hours support.
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot Linux-related incidents and ensure mínimal downtime.3.
Architecture Standards & Strategy (15%)- Serve as a technical expert in SUSE, RHEL, and hybrid cloud platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate on Linux server architecture, deployment strategies, and security hardening.
- Optimize system performance and recommend improvements based on industry trends.4.
Design & Continuous Improvement (10%)- Participate in technical design sessions and contribute to process enhancements for Linux and hybrid cloud environments.
- Develop automation solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks.




- Stay up-to-date with emerging Linux and cloud technologies.5.
Documentation (10%)- Create and maintain technical documentation for Linux server configurations, cloud integrations, and operational procedures.
- Document best practices and troubleshooting guides for SUSE and RHEL environments.6.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management (10%)- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to support Linux-based hybrid cloud environments.
- Work closely with hardware and software vendors to ensure system compatibility and supportability.
**Requirements**:- 6+ years of experience working with Linux SUSE and RHEL in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in SUSE & RHEL administration, patching, automation, and security hardening.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments running on SUSE/RHEL (preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing Linux workloads in hybrid-cloud environments (Azure, Hyper-V, Nutanix, VMware, or similar platforms).
- Proficiency in shell scripting, Ansible, Terraform, or other automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Backup, SAN storage, and high-availability clustering for Linux servers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows hybrid environments and interoperability with Linux systems.
- Experience working in an enterprise IT infrastructure team supporting large-scale distributed systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex Linux and cloud-based infrastructure issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
