The Engineering Manager leads a team responsible for developing new processes, as well as improving and maintaining existing processes according to the current process flows established in accordance with the Business Unit, Zone and the Site strategies; and in accordance with quality objectives, costs, deadlines, best practices and Group procedures.
Responsibilities Establish and ensure the implementation of the process development plan, and potentially the product development plan identified at the design phases and contribute to the validation of project milestones, consistent with the Site, Zone and Business Unit strategies Manage and Develop a manufacturing and industrialization engineering team.
Ensure the load/capacity adequacy as well as the skills adequacy with the BU, Zone and Site road maps Maintain, improve and adapt existing processes, operations parameters, transfers and potentially industrialization process, to participate in Site, Zone and BU cost reduction efforts.
