As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing plant operations and driving organizational performance.
In this role, you will:
Lead and coordinate Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality & Food Safety, and Warehouse operations.
Ensure production plans are executed efficiently while meeting quality, safety, and cost objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, productivity enhancement, and operational efficiency.
Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, including production output, manufacturing costs, scrap reduction, and service levels.
Promote Lean Manufacturing, TPM, process standardization, and operational discipline across the plant.
Ensure compliance with ISO ****, ISO *****, GMP, and company safety standards.
Support inventory optimization and warehouse management to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary management teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Act as the primary operational authority within the plant and support strategic business initiatives alongside senior leadership.




Perfil buscado
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing plant operations and driving organizational performance.
The succesfull candidate will:
Bring at least 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or similar leadership role within industrial operations.
Demonstrate proven experience managing Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and/or Warehouse functions.
Possess a strong track record of reducing waste, scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs while improving productivity.
Apply deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, continuous improvement methodologies, and process optimization.
Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Have experience managing operational KPIs, production efficiency, and plant performance metrics.
Possess knowledge of quality and food safety management systems, including ISO ****, ISO *****, and GMP standards.
Be comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams and aligning departments toward common business objectives.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
