Position Overview As General Manager, you will lead every aspect of the Mexico business, including manufacturing, engineering, finance, quality, supply chain, human resources, customer relationships, and commercial growth.
You'll be responsible for creating and executing the strategic vision for the operation while ensuring outstanding performance in safety, quality, delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
This role reports directly to executive leadership and offers significant autonomy to influence the future direction of the business.
