PLANNER BUYER II FULLY ON SITE POSITION | TIJUANA PACIFICO AREA Summary of Position: The Buyer/Planner II is responsible for the development and management of suppliers and all purchasing and planning activities relating to manufacturing, service and inventory control for assigned product lines.
The position is also responsible for supporting the optimization of inventory levels, and to be alert to material changes, shortages, unplanned scrap and material availability.
Maintains the MRP system data and its integrity, prepares and analyzes reports, and supports project management of existing and new products.
The Buyer/Planner II is responsible for creating the vision for their supply base to support existing products as well as new products.




The position will take full ownership of key performance indicators associated with vendor scorecard performance and leading improvements when necessary.
They Buyer/Planner II requires written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English at a B2 level or higher.
Primary Responsibilities: Maintain and follow purchasing procedures to conform to business regulations.
Ensure data accuracy and maintenance of parts in ERP system; including lead times, ABC classifications, safety stock level, and other planning features.
Manage and respond to MRP requirements.
