**Position**:We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team.This role is idóneo for professionals who are passionate about data, analytics, and real estate.You will work on data modeling,



visualization, and predictive analytics to support decision-making across Real Estate Investment and Operations teams.Opportunity to be part of a new, innovative and growing data-driven team.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop data models and visualizations to track key real estate performance indicators- Develop predictive analytics and machine learning models for market trends, occupancy rates, rent forecasting, and other KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting and automate business processes.
- Support the creation of customized dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Conduct special analysis to support investment and operational strategies.
**Requirements**:**Skills & Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field (mathematics and statistics are a plus)- At least 2 years of professional experience- Strong programming skills in Python and/or R for data analysis.
- Experience and understanding of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics.
- Experience with SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- English proficiency.
