**Job Summary**- This role is responsible for providing valuable insights and solutions on financial / statutory requirements for HP Peru.The role actively drives corporate and statutory compliance on financial transactions, aligning with overall business objectives and supporting policy and process enhancement.
**Responsibilities**- Performs complex financial/statutory compliance analysis for HP Peru, identifies issues and recommends solutions.
- Provides key support and participates in the execution of transactional operations required for the subsidiary, in collaboration with other teams that include Tax, Treasury, Intercompany, Legal, HR, among others.
- Drives the local profitability forecasting process (monthly, and long term) for the subsidiary, by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conducts comprehensive financial analysis for specific initiatives or requirements, providing valuable analytics to support key business operations- Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.
- Supports policy and process enhancement for HP Peru- Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, and supports development of overall business plans and strategies.
- Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.




- Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
**Education & Experience Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
