Prácticante administrativo
Responsabilidades principales:
Apoyar en la
planeación y ejecución de procesos en los que se incorporan los nuevos ingresos.
Seguimiento, coordinación y participación activa
en las actividades de "engagement and employee experience"
Dar seguimiento para que los datos diarios para que los datos
de ausentismo, rotación y HC
se encuentran actualizados de manera continua.
Implementar un proyecto en el que se
mida y se realicen plan de acción para reducir la rotación en planta.
Optimización y control de los procesos de transporte
Requisitos:
Estudiante activo de
Ingeniería, Administración de Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o carreras a fin.
Conocimiento en power bi
Conocimientos básicos en
Recursos Humanos
.
Manejo de herramientas de Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Capacidad para trabajar en piso de producción, gusto por el trabajo en equipo y sentido humano.
Inglés intermedio - Conversacional (deseable).
