In one sentence
A broad role encompassing PMO fundamentals to proactive provide support across multiple stake holders and areas. In this role, you are expected to learn Project Management Office practices in Amdocs, maintain standardized program management processes, be accountable for end-to-end operational tasks such as internal communication, vendor management, Company special events and manage accurate data within the area.
What will your job look like?
You will be responsible for operating tasks in one or two of the following project areas within the project management office: schedules, communications, reports, etc.
You will manage and maintain his domain data to analyze quickly and effectively.
You will work with external vendors on administrative related tasks to address purchase orders and ontime service delivery.
You will use and maintain data gathering tools to provide ongoing status updates to support the project management team.
You will review and processes project related data and raise issues, deviations and concerns.
You will interface and work with different stakeholders within the Company such as Procurement, Marketing, Facilities, HR & Development Project managers to deliver Amdocs' project management procedures and methodologies.
All you need is...
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics
Experience coordinating events
Advance English, speaking/writing skills
Vendor management and administration tasks (quotations, invoicing, etc)
Ability to work with Internal and External stakeholders.
Microsoft Excel - Intermediate to Advanced - able to work with pivot tables, macros, bulk email correspondence etc.
Strong communication skills.
Nice to have:
Strong technical skills in Generative AI tools, reporting, analytics or automation tools
Soft skills: Process oriented, Self-started, Problem Solving.
