This position produces and delivers visual solutions
for use in a variety of mediums for marketing communications, sales
communications, and other corporate communications as needed. This
position is responsible for conceptualization and design of
solutions to their completion, as well as maintaining visual
appearance, usability, and brand continuity. Duties include
updating and maintaining website content, creation of marketing
email campaigns and banner ads, layout and production of printed
and online collateral, as well as maintenance of brand standards.
KEY DUTIES Manage design projects from inception to completion.
Maintaining and updating existing website content as well as adding
new content and creating campaign landing pages as needed. Layout
and production of marketing collateral based on brand standards,
including but not limited to: product brochures, data sheets, white
papers, and presentations. Offer design improvements and feedback
via peer reviews Help develop process enhancements and best
practices for team Responsible for sharing technical skills with
rest of team Onboard and mentor new and existing
designers/marketers on the team Other duties as assigned, including




backup for other designers BASIC QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field 5-7 years of
relevant experience Expert level experience with Adobe Creative
Suite is required—particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Must display enhanced technical skills in Adobe products or other
relevant technologies. (example: Adobe XD/Figma) Experience using
Drupal or WordPress content management systems. Experience using
Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot or a similar marketing automation tool.
An understanding of HTML/CSS. Highly independen Ability to work
well individually as well as collaboratively with a team of graphic
designers, marketing writers, marketing managers, and
cross-functional liaisons Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment and manage multiple projects from start to finish with
varied deadlines simultaneously Ability to work both in a creative
environment as well as a structured, process-driven one Must be
able to receive and incorporate project feedback from manager and
team Ability to work with various print and online
media
