Proven track record of managing 3–4 concurrent
initiatives within Supply Chain and Operations portfolios while
maintaining high delivery velocity and quality. Deep experience
with Supply Chain/Operations delivery, including proactive risk
mitigation, rigorous change control, and complex vendor management.
Direct experience managing implementations or optimizations of
systems such as Softeon WMS, Oracle, GAINS, Descartes, OTM, aSa, or
Axonify. Strong understanding of PMI-based competency areas and
SDLC; experience with iterative/Agile delivery preferred. Expertise
in managing hybrid delivery models involving both onshore and
offshore contract development resources. Strong leadership,
communication, and influencing capabilities, enabling effective
cross-functional alignment, governance leadership, and management
of complex relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and
senior leadership. Operates with a high degree of autonomy in
fast-paced environments, translating ambiguous business needs into
structured, actionable workstreams. Proactively manages stakeholder
priorities and drives clarity across multiple complex workstreams.
