This position is designed for a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, and team leadership. You will serve as the main strategic partner for regional leadership, ensuring that all people‑related processes run smoothly, consistently, and in alignment with global frameworks and company values. As the Head of People & Culture, you will oversee and guide the Business Partner team. Key Responsibilities Oversee all People operations in Mexico, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Lead the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring efficient hiring practices and managing the recruiting team. Supervise hiring and onboarding workflows, including contract management, document verification, and delivery of a high‑quality onboarding experience. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including voluntary and involuntary exits, and provide reporting and insights to leadership. Drive Organizational Development initiatives such as performance cycles, policy updates, training programs, and continuous improvement of HR processes. Act as the senior HR contact for employees and leaders across the country. Oversee HR Operations, including documentation control, inventory oversight, and HR systems management. Lead, mentor,
and develop the HR team, ensuring cultural alignment, strong performance, and ongoing professional growth. Candidate Profile We are seeking a People leader with strong operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to building trust‑based, people‑centered workplaces. The adecuado candidate: Brings solid experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, labor relations, and organizational development. Navigates fast‑moving, high‑growth environments with ease. Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities and enjoys coaching and developing teams. Thrives in multicultural environments and collaborates effectively with distributed teams. Excels in stakeholder management and approaches challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR roles covering Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People Management. Experience leading HR teams within multinational organizations (preferred). Knowledge of benefits administration, immigration processes, and HR platforms (Personio is a plus). Outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
