**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for external customers, internal customers, and sales personnel.The Customer Service Representative will have a direct impact on our Sales, Supply Chain and Quality groups, responsible for:- Processes orders and provides account management for established customers including delivery negotiation, expediting and order status communication within an industry and geographical location- Provides inside support to external sales team- Handles credit and collections communication with customer as required with support of Channel Credit Analyst- Perform other duties/projects as assigned**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**- You will bring Customer's satisfaction with well demonstrated success in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
**Qualifications and Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
